Universal hydraulic punching machines for CNC angular profiles are designed for deformationless single or double-sided punching of holes in angular profiles made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys. The blank in the die is angled down, and the machine is equipped with two punching stations, respectively, at an angle of 90 ° to each other (standard) and at angles of 45 ° to the horizontal axis of the machine. This V-shaped arrangement of the punching stations facilitates the positioning and fixation of the angular profile during punching. The feed carriage moves along linear guides for maximum positioning accuracy. Machines of this series are used for perforation of the angular profile, where good repeatability, productivity and low cost of equipment are required.
