Automatic machines for punching holes in pipes and profiles are designed for non-deformational one-sided or through punching holes in pipes and profiles of various cross-sections made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys. The powerful frame construction of the machine ensures the reliability and durability of the equipment operation. A punching stamp consisting of a lower and upper die in which the workpiece is fixed is rigidly attached to a wide base plate, holes in the upper die direct and center the punches during punching, and thanks to the use of a special mandrel, it is possible to avoid deformation and burrs during punching. The machines are equipped with one, two or three punching stations (number of punching sides) with the possibility of punching one (designation 1S) or two blanks (2S) simultaneously. The design allows you to install up to 6 punches per punching station.
